Connemara is led by Principal Tim Campbell.

Prior to founding Connemara Tim held senior roles in Lend Lease Corporation, Habtoor Leighton Group and more recently he was Head of Development for Eagle Hills on their USD3b new city project, Marassi Al Bahrain.

During his 25 years in property development Tim has worked in New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He has deep experience in the private development sector and has also led Public Private Partnership schemes from inception into the delivery cycle.

In 2014 Tim led the negotiation team to achieve financial close on Project Habitat a 3,500 unit public housing and infrastructure project on Diyar al Muharraq in Bahrain. The speed with which the project achieved financial close and construction commencement heralded a new method of cooperation between the public and private sectors in Bahrain.

Tim's core skill-set is in converting project opportunities into viable and sustainable real estate transactions, and then controlling the delivery process. He is adept at assembling and leading team's from inception, through the delivery cycle, into handover and profit realization.

Tim has also served as a director and board member within private development companies where he has contributed to the strategy and growth of those organizations.
